Scheduling

To schedule your stay at the Jacksonville Ronald McDonald House®, follow these instructions:

First-time guests...

A referral must be made by a medical professional involved in your child's care. Ask your doctor, nurse or social worker to contact us at 904.807.HOME (4663) to provide the information we need to schedule your stay. You must provide a valid government issued photo ID for each adult staying at the House. Provide the full name and birthdate of each person needing to stay, to the medical professional making the referral. 

Past guests...

If you have stayed with us in the past six months, you do not need a referral. Simply call us at 904.807.HOME (4663). We will confirm your appointment with your medical professional. 

If your last stay was more than six months ago, please have your medical professional call us with a new referral. 

Referrals may be made well in advance; however, rooms are assigned based on availability only 24 hours in advance. Please call 24 hours prior to arrival to confirm availability.
